Shipping Terms
At Intimax, we offer FREE express shipping on all prepaid orders.
We understand you want your Intimax products delivered quickly and discreetly. That’s why we provide 24-hour and 3-hour delivery for select pin codes at a small additional fee.
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and gift wrapping services at minimal extra charges.
If you require extra-discreet packaging, urgent dispatch, or any special shipping request, simply contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Once your order is picked up by our delivery partners, you will receive an update via WhatsApp or email. You may track your shipment using your order number or reach out to info@intimax.in for support.
Shipping Timelines
We try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Typical timelines are:
- 24 business hours for order processing (for prepaid orders)
- 1–3 business days for metro cities
- 5–7 business days for non-metro locations
- 3-hour express delivery for eligible pin codes
- 24-hour express delivery for select pin codes
Delivery time may vary depending on your pincode and external factors. Metro deliveries are usually faster, while remote areas may take longer. Our trusted courier partners ensure smooth and prompt delivery.
Shipping Policy
- We pack every order with care to ensure safe delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, please share photos of the packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us process the issue with our courier partners quickly.
- Cases of tampering or missing items are rare. If you suspect tampering, please record a video while opening the package and contact us immediately at info@intimax.in.
- If you receive a delivery SMS/email but did not receive your parcel, notify us within 24 hours so we can assist you.
- Intimax uses third-party courier services and is not responsible for shipping delays. We provide estimated delivery timelines and always try to help expedite orders when possible. For urgent needs, please contact our support team.
- Orders placed before 1 PM are usually dispatched the same working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
To request a cancellation before dispatch, contact info@intimax.in.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Non-accepted parcels will be treated as returns, and return shipping charges will be deducted before the refund.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. Each product is quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.
To initiate a return:
- Submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your Order ID for faster processing.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and begin the refund procedure.
Reverse pickup courier charges apply for returns.
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used items.
Returns are processed in 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
You may choose:
- Refund to your original payment method (shipping fee, reverse courier charges & gift wrapping charges are non-refundable)
- Store credit in the form of a Gift Card (valid on future purchases)
- For COD refunds, bank details are required.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped
Please reject the parcel at the time of delivery.
Once it returns to our warehouse, we will process your refund after deducting a small courier fee.
If you already accepted the parcel
You may return it only if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
Return courier charges will apply.
Important Notes
- Refunds take 7–10 business days to reflect.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be asked to ship the product to us.
In such cases, we reimburse up to ₹250 of your shipping cost.
- Returns may be refused if items are used, opened, damaged, or not in original condition.
100-Day Warranty for Massagers
All Intimax electronic massagers come with a 100-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
For warranty claims:
- Raise a return/warranty request on our website.
- Upload a video clearly showing the issue and a photo of the charging adapter being used.
- After verification, we will arrange a pickup and replace the device.
If you live in a non-serviceable area, you may be asked to ship the item to us. We reimburse up to ₹250 of the courier charge.
Once the defective product is received, your replacement will be dispatched promptly.
Out-of-Warranty Assistance
If your massager is outside the warranty period, reach out to info@intimax.in for guidance or paid service options.
Important Notes
- Warranty claims result in a replacement or gift card—no monetary refunds are issued.
- Products purchased using a gift card are not eligible for cash refunds; only replacement or reissue of the gift card is possible.
- Orders placed on marketplaces (like Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.
We can offer a replacement or gift card depending on stock availability.
- Product exchanges (for different items) are not available.
Replacements are always for the same product.
