Return & Refund Policy – Intimax 

At Intimax, we prioritize customer safety, hygiene, and premium quality for all our silicone and personal wellness products. Due to the intimate nature of these items, our return and refund policies are strict to ensure safe and hygienic delivery for every customer.

No Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, Intimax does not accept returns in any of the following situations:

• Change of mind
• Wrong product ordered
• Product not liked
• Size, shape, or color preference
• Opened or used product

Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned, as all items fall under personal-use and intimate categories.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in limited cases:

✔ Refund Available Only If:

• The order is cancelled before shipping
• The product is out of stock
• A technical issue caused a wrong or duplicate payment

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

❌ Refund Not Available When:

• The order has already been shipped
• The product is delivered
• Product is opened, tested, or used

Damaged or Defective Product

We perform strict quality checks before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged, broken, or manufacturing-defective item:

To claim a replacement:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and a complete parcel-opening video
• Product must be unused

Only replacement will be provided — refund is not allowed for used/opened products.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong item, Intimax will provide a free replacement.

Required:

• Clear photos
• Unboxing video within 24 hours

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
